Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

 

Obelisco Estate Winery is looking for a dependable, fast-paced, hospitality-minded team member to join our Apple Farm Village tasting room as a Barback / Tasting Room Support. This is an excellent entry-level role for someone who loves a lively, guest-focused environment, enjoys staying busy, and wants to be part of a warm, collaborative team that takes pride in exceptional wine and exceptional service.

 

What You Will Do

Restock wine, glassware, water, and supplies throughout the shift

Keep the tasting room, bar area, and back-of-house clean and organized

Wash, polish, and restock glassware

Assist with wine setup, flights, and light prep

Bus tables and maintain a tidy, welcoming guest space

Run food during Food Truck Fridays and music nights

Support the team so servers can stay focused on hospitality and storytelling

Fast on your feet and comfortable in a high-energy environment

Cheerful outlook and willingness to learn about wine and service

Team-oriented and great under pressure

Availability on nights and weekends (our busiest times)

 

Physical & Licensing Requirements

 

Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Must be 21 years of age

WA MAST 12 Permit and Food Handler’s Permit preferred
