Mark Ryan Winery produces limited quantities of highly sought-after wines, intentionally crafted for their merit and potential. Since our first vintage in 1999, we have grown to include two tasting rooms, a production facility in Walla Walla, and our main office in Woodinville.

Today, the Mark Ryan family of wines includes an exciting lineup known for exceptional quality and value: Mark Ryan Winery, Board Track Racer, Megan Anne Pinot Noir, Lu & Oly, Numbskull, and the Underground Wine Project.

Our tasting rooms are the front line of the brand experience, where hospitality, storytelling, and wine come together.

What You’ll Do

As a Tasting Room Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Hosting memorable and engaging wine tastings that introduce guests to our wines and brand story
• Sharing knowledge about our wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy in a way that is approachable and authentic
• Building relationships with guests and introducing them to the benefits of our wine club
• Promoting wine club memberships, special releases, and upcoming events
• Providing warm, attentive hospitality to ensure every guest feels welcome
• Supporting daily tasting room operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Assisting with food service, delivering plates to tables, and maintaining a clean and organized space
• Helping with general tasting room tasks such as bussing and dishwashing when needed
• Supporting winery events, private tastings, and special experiences

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must obtain a MAST permit and Food Handler’s permit
• Experience with Commerce7 and Tock is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Compensation

• $20/hour starting wage + tip pool
