Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a splash of wine.
• Manage reservations and efficiently oversee the seating chart on Tock.
• Provide guests with information about our wines, special events, and winery offerings.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere in the tasting room.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and grace.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of wine is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
